Safeguarding

All our staff have an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check), and have references taken.

As part of our comprehensive induction procedures, all personnel, including childcare students on placement undertake a Child Protection e-module unless they have a current child protection qualification. All staff regularly update their child protection qualification.

Almost all of our staff have a current full paediatric first aid qualification which is renewed every three years.

We carry out Health and Safety routines every day at our nurseries to maintain safety on the nursery premises.

We have policies to ensure safety of children if we ever go off of the nursery premises.
